Reporters, transfection reagents and viability assays for cancer research
Illuminate Cancer Biology

The complexity of cancer systems biology requires innovative tools for interrogating the signaling pathways
involved. Promega’s integrated tools for low-toxicity transfection and sensitive reporter assays assure biologically relevant results from complex experimental systems.

Featured Products

Vectors for Nuclear Receptor Studies

The "pBIND" vectors express fusion proteins that can induce transcription of luciferase when under control of an upstream Gal4 UAS. Each pBIND vector also contains a Renilla luciferase/neo resistance co-reporter for data normalization and transfection control.

GloResponse™ Cell Line

This cell line contains nine repeats of GAL4 UAS, driving the transcription of the luc2P reporter gene in response to binding of a fusion protein containing the GAL4 DNA Binding Domain, making the cell line suitable for the study of nuclear receptors.

pGL4 Luciferase Reporter Vectors

These next generation, luciferase reporter vectors offer more efficient expression of both firefly and Renilla luciferases in mammalian cells.
