The CellTiter-Glo™ Luminescent Cell Viability Assay is a sensitive, homogeneous method used to determine the number of viable cells in culture. We evaluated the sensitivity and linear response of the assay in a variety of formats using an assortment of instruments. Results demonstrate that the CellTiter-Glo™ Assay is compatible with a wide range of formats, from manual processing of 96-well plates to robotic processing of 384-well plates.
