Shipping costs for instruments are tailored to the delivery requirements. Your Account Manager will provide a quote at the time of order.
No customs or duties charges. Promega manages all customs clearance and pays any applicable duties on your behalf — you will not be liable for any additional charges upon delivery.

Delivery Information
Within Two Working Days
Order by 17:00 Monday–Thursday or by 15:30 on Friday and receive delivery within two working days, subject to geographical restrictions. We may delay shipping orders towards the end of the week to ensure products arrive in optimal condition.Public Holidays
Orders placed on a Friday preceding a public holiday will be despatched on the next available working day.
