Spectrum CE System Consumables
We’ve designed the Spectrum CE System to provide simplified setup and operation. Related consumables, such as prefilled buffer and polymer, will be offered in convenient, ready-to-use packaging. Spectrum uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to track key consumables with minimal “hard stops” limited to situations where there is a risk of instrument damage.
Spectrum Buffer
- Prefilled, ready-to-use cartridges
- Two each, anode and cathode cartridges
- Each cartridge is sufficient for 1,920 wells (240 injections on 8-capillary array)
Spectrum Cathode Septa Mat
- Specific for the Spectrum cathode buffer cartridge
Spectrum Capillary Array
- The 8-capillary array is positioned within the oven, ensuring consistent capillary temperatures during electrophoresis
- Sufficient for ~300 injections
Spectrum Plate Base & Retainer
- Provides the ability to load up to four 96-well plates.
Spectrum Polymer4
- Snaps into the polymer delivery unit in a single orientation
- 384-well and 960-well sizes for different throughput needs
Spectrum Wash Solution
- One bottle is good for three washes
Septa Mat, 96-Well
- Used for sealing 96-well plates in capillary electrophoresis.
- Compatible with Spectrum CE System, ABI Sequencers and Genetic Analyzers.
